A screenshot or better still a demo of each of the 3 *Worx would be nice. Trying to get a handle on what they will do from your text is blurred for a dumb old chuck like me. I am blind to boot. Did not see the screenshots for the SiteWorx so assumed the others had non also and left your site. Went back and had a closer look. Found a screenshot or three for NodeWorx. I am still checking it all out. From first looks they seem to be well put together.
As always the bottom line is the price. I take it that the price of these tools will be evident when you are ready to launch.
First looks are impressive and will give cPanel a run for its money and about time too I might add. The market is huge and is getting bigger every day. The more people who can give it a whirl and report their findings the sooner it will take off big time.
Good luck Chris, you seem to have put together a competetive product. How are you going to cope with the inevitable bug or are you confident there wont be any?
Haha, there will be bugs, they are unavoidable and we'll release updates as needed to cope with them. InterWorx-CP is self updating (can be turned off) and we've done a handful of minor releases already.
Sorry we missed your HiVelocity, we've had a ton of inquiries and are still going through them all. Pricing is up at http://interworx.info/pricing/. We have a new version of the site going up next week that will be much more full featured and showcase the product in a more professional manner. Our order system will also be live next week and we will be running some specials as well. Lots of cool stuff coming .
TimMuhl - Good choice that you're looking at other control panels, rather than going just for cPanel which seems to be the default a lot of places.
I recently too made a topic here about InterWorx, and have made a few at the InterWorx forums.
I can only see a few problems with InterWorx on a whole - mainly there is currently no reseller panel, and there is no add-on domain feature; however these two are being worked on I've been told. Once these two features have been added, to be totally honest, I believe InterWorx will be complete (or at least for my needs) and will start using it.
Apparently they're also working on something like cPanel has with installing scripts and also Fantastico... personally I don't believe in these things as then people don't learn how to install scripts themselves, and more often than not I find cPanel makes an error when installing something meaning one of my employees has to spend time sorting the error out.
Basically though TimMuhl, I'm sure if you choose InterWorx you'll be happy with it.
Let us know what you choose.
