Domain Name Propogation Weirdness -- can you explain?

I have listed NS1 and NS2.SOLANAPOINT.COM as nameservers for solanapoint.com

Every other time, my email client connects to the solanapoint mailserver,
    OR returns 'can't find host'.

So I ran rping and found this weird result:

Results of 2 lookups done in quick succession.

[Starting LookUp on solanapoint.com at 4/3/2004 3:05:50 PM]
    Official Name olanapoint.com
    IP Address :216.127.77.65
    (DNS Completed)
[LookUp Completed on solanapoint.com at 4/3/2004 3:05:50 PM]

    IP Address :65.75.163.220

In fact it's always like this: lookup 1 returns CORRECT 65...IP
lookup 2 returns WRONG 216. IP, lookup 3 returns CORRECT 65.IP, etc., etc.

Have you seen anything like this?

Using dnsreport.com, dnsstuff.com, checkdns.com, etc correct info is always returned.

Is this some weirdness with my ISP (adelphia)?

    How do I fix this?
