    Question plesk 7's ticketing add on

    would you use it? any opinions on it yet? looks good enough for my purposes.
    <erno> hm. I've lost a machine.. literally _lost_. it responds to ping, it works completely, I just can't figure out where in my apartment it is.

    I'm personally going to use it. I had a choice between it and ClientExec's, but since most troubles occur in the actual control panel, it logically made more sense to use it.

    Nopes, disabled it. Would be neat for people wanting to offer anonymous support to reseller clients though. Also, in future versions it's being glovalised so you can manage all tickets from all servers on a server of your choice.

    But we will be sticking with eSupport.
