Will this server work for me?

Need help. I have a PHP forum with about 1000 users a day. I am using almost 2 gigs of transfer a day. My current host sent me this email.

    Hello,

This email is to let you know due to the fact your site is opening up too many connections of httpd it is abusing the server. It's using up too much CPU and memory.
I am really new at this so I really don't understand the "connections of httpd" part. They say I need a dedicated server. I have a chance to go in with someone else on this server:

    https://www.servermatrix.com/solutions/sc17_server.html

My question is will that server be able to handle my traffic and "httpd connections"? Please someone educate me.

Yes, I was with symplexity before the plug got pulled. But there were always problems and of course I don't what caused the problems b/c according to Robert it was always the datacenter's fault. Thanks for the reply.
