I have an adress where I can send and recieve to just fine however certain people cannot send to me. They always get this error:

The server is leased form EV1 servers and I manage everything myself. I have tried deleting and recreating the e-mail account but it didn't help.

    Hi

Seems that you are using exim as a MTA on a Cpanel server. Try to execute fixpop and then updateuserdomains. Also check for mail queue may be your mail queue is stucked, Hope the script execution works.
