I moved our site to a new host two weeks ago and changed the dns at enom the same day. Two days later everything seemed to be working well. Late last week I cancelled our old account. Since then I've been getting calls that customers trying to view the site are seeing Page Not Displayed, the default page that the old host put at the old IP, or red x's where graphics should be. I've pinged the domain from several areas and found that it is pointing to the correct servers. Everyone says it's an issue with the individual customers' computers so I instruct them on how to clear their browser's files or flush dns or even unplug a cable modem in order to clear cache. This seems to be working for most of them, but I never imagined that after two weeks there would still be some people having trouble getting to the site. Any suggestions as to what else I can do?
