Does anyone know what this error is?

In WHM when I try to edit a dns zone, and click save, I get this message...."rndc: connect failed: connection refused " Does anyone know why, or what this means? I don't think my dns servers are working properly because of this. I edited one of my domains to go to a particular ip address, but when I change it to a different ip address, it still goes to the original. I'm pretty sure, that this error is why. Any help would be great.

    Try this :

Type all these codes in SSH (root access needed)
    1. /scripts/updatenow
    2. /scripts/fixndc
    3. /scripts/fixndc (yes, you have to make this twice because normally the first time doesn't work)
    4. /scripts/fixnamed
    5. /etc/init.d/named restart

Okay, I tried that, and all went well except at the end when I restarted, I got this message "rndc. connection to remote host closed. This may indicate that the remote server is using an older version of the command protocol, this host is not authorized to connect, or the key is invalid."

I haven't tested it yet, but should I see this message?
