Question What is a lame nameserver ?

I changed the name server for a domain that I recently aquired, it was like 3 days ago.
It seems that the change has not been propagated, or may I have something wrong in my configuration.

if I run for my domain, I got the following error :

    What does it mean ?

    Thanks in advance,
