Can you recomend me any good hosting, wich accept e-gold? Or another electron money (PayCash, WebMoney....)?

Not sure about e-gold but many hosts will accept paypal, can you not open a paypal account?
Or many will often accept direct bank transfers within the same country.

You either fund your Paypal account via a credit card (which you mentioned you don't have), or else you link up your banking account (a checking account if I'm not wrong) to your Paypal account for Paypal can draw cash from your account to fund itself.
Those are the only 2 possible methods of topping up your PP account.

PayPal does not accept fake money -- no egold, webmoney, paycash.
