NDC Technologies is looking to add a tech support person to answer tickets and troubleshoot problems for the hours listed above. We are looking to add this person ASAP.

We have not decided if this will be salary or a per ticket basis position, so that is open to discussion.

You must know Linux, FreeBSD, and Windows 2000. Also a firm understanding of networking is needed. You must be very customer service oriented and very friendly. You MUST live in the USA or Canada.
