Whats the best WebHosting Design ?

Which WebHosting do you think that has the better design ? Better design dont mean just beauty but easy to browse, direct information and others.

In my opnion hostrocket is beating everybody :-)
Somebody told me that they paid 30,000 dollars to the designer (Ceonex)

Heh, HostRocket does have a very unique design but, I have seen better! In my opinion Host Nexus has a pretty nice design. It loads quick an has flash. Host Rocket layout takes a bit to load on my computer.

normally i'd agree with your sentiments about flash

but when a designer takes such care to make it blend in with the design of an otherwise excellent HTML layout, it's worth commending.

bravo!

I wont deny, some flash sites have impressed me... what doesn't impress me is when I'm listening to music on my headphones at a nice - relaxing level and all singing and dancing flash site comes up grrr

[/rant]

back to topic eh!

LOL. I know the feeling!
I don't care much for the design used by web hosts. I find that they all look similar in a way, even if they're not templates and cost tens of thousands of dollars.
I like mediatemple.net for its simplicity.

That's the difference between weak TM flash sites and top-of-the-line Ceonex. Ceonex sites have "Launch" button that you need to click to play the intro. They started doing that with our site (I think) and continued the trend. That way the music is not forced down your thrpat.

How much did you pay for your design at Hostnexus.com to Ceonex dog ? :-) I am thinking of asking them a quote

Can't really say. Between $20,000 and $50,000......

It is a very nice site. Some of the flash stuff looks very advanced. However, I'm not a big fan of the "futuristic hosting site" look. The issue is that anyone can have a site like that now just buy purchasing a template from a web site like template monster.

But it won't be unique and it won't have a one minute long flash movie and it won't have any prestige and it won't have any custom work and it won't have a custom logo and it won't have any custom design work.
