christmas has already passed more than 4 months now
we know we are winners with managed.com, such things are all around, so let whom ever came from the school of my host is better than you host say what ever.
for me i know how good is managed.com since i have servers with them and i am happy with what i get.
As long as they keep the network stable the forum can come later. I think managed should first start a trouble ticket system instead of a forum.
managed has a ticket system they use pearldesk
all you do is e-mail [email protected] and it will create it .
I don't think it is working. It is always closed. I guess they stop using it, though it tag along with every support email managed reply. Or may be for internal use only.
But if they take days to reply tickets, then it defect the purpose of a ticket system.
When I click the link to the online ticket system it always show the following error.
