    E-Insites - Fix the duplicate charges

    I am editing this message due to Alvins Quick response.
    I will wait and see if this is finally resolved (after nearly 3 months) before posting this in public.

    I sent you the refund codes from the refunds that were done in early March. Let me know if you got a reply from your bank on this.

    Whenever I start to get frustrated, fed up and ready to snap, Alvin steps up and takes care of everything.
    I sent you an email earlier.
    Problem solved.
    Clone Alvin and populate the support, accounting & admin people with those clones and no one could beat E-insites.

    btw get this if I try and log into the support area of e-insites:

    ADODB.Field error '800a0bcd'

    Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.

    I will have a programmer look into this ASAP.

    Thanks for the compliment by the way. I had a meeting with our techs about two weeks ago, and it was about stepping up our support response times and actual responses. Ever since then I have had a lot of compliments. So here's hoping it stays that way.
