Might want to change NT to 2K3. Not sure why you'd want to host in NT anymore, much less where you picked the specs from. Is someone still offering this as a platform?
There's a fine line between genius and insanity. I have erased this line.

unless you have some thing that specifically requires you to have a windows based server, go with Linux / Unix.

Not that windows is any less superior, but it will cost you more.

With a good Linux distribution like Fedora, PHP, MySQL, Apache, FTP, News Server, Postgres and some other hosting related things are all pre-installed, pre-configured so all you have to do is turn them on.

These specs were taken from www(.)cybersitesindia(.)com (as I am allowed to post such links only after I have posted 5 posts)...

There is another site www(.)hostguru(.)com. Hosting prices of both of these two sites are quite affordable for my pocket, being in India.

Would anybody have just a look at the Linux packages they are providing and which one should I opt for.

Your help would be most valued.

    Regards
