We are looking for a very experienced server admin/support technician for our hosting company. You may average 5 tickets per day, and they are usually easy questions. This is perfect for those who already have hosting jobs.
The pay is $50.00+ per month depending on experience, etc. for support.
If you are qualified to be our server admin and one of our support techs....the pay will be at least $100 a month.
Even as server admin, you will not have much to do. We will send you the occasional question that we need help with. You will need to upgrade the kernels, be able to solve server problems, etc. You will also need to be able to check the helpdesk throughout the day and/or night for tickets and respond.
You must offer a guaranteed response time (not resolution time, just a guaranteed response time).
You must have CPanel/WHM Experience.
You must have RedHat Linux Experience.
You should have Kayako eSupport Helpdesk Experience.
Basically, as a ticket comes in, you do whatever it takes to resolve the issue. You would be handling tickets (e-mail), and live chat only. If you are willing to do phone support/sales we will be willing to talk about a pay increase in the future.
