The first and foremost thing that stood out to me is that you don't have any TOS or contracts. This could possibly be devistating. If for some reason your server goes down and all information is lost, you could possibly be sued by the client for liability loss for hundreds, even thousands of dollars.

Also, the design of the site could use some work. Right now, it's rather plain and doesn't reflect a hosting business too much.
