You're going to have to be a little more specific there Slick.
What do you need?
There are probably 1000 different good inexpensive hosts, buy your experience with them could be entirely different from someone elses.

Well myself and a friend are going to be making an affiliate site for selling videogames and such. There are going to be images and possibly some reader review. It is mainly images that I am worried about.

I think that better way is ..Figure out your requirements (space, bandwidth, features etc) then decide for your budget (atleast an approximation) and then look to find the best in that budget with all your requirements fullfilled.

Good advice domainwala. Additionally, what might be a "best" host for one person might be the "worst" host for another. Define the requirements, then try the host out for a while and see if they meet then needs.
