I work for a small internet company in Western Mass. We used to have our site hosted by Interland, and referred several of our customers there. Long story short, Interland has cost us between $3000-$5000 between neglect for customer support, mishandled account charges, and downed server time. We are currently trying to generate support for a class action suit against Interland, and we are looking for support from other people who've been screwed over by them.
