Check with your web host provider, Executive. It's ultimately up to them (unless you have WHM access) to point your IP's over wherever they need to be. I have a few customers that use me strictly for DNS hosting, some that I host their web sites while they run their own email servers, etc. It's VERY possible for this to be done, your web host just has to know what the heck they're doing.
You should also check with your registrar, as most competent registrars will offer this service, either for free or a nominal fee.
