    Exclamation WANTED: Quick and knowledgeable tech/admin

    Greetings techs!

    We are a medium sized (growing) company with over 700 shared and reseller hosting clients (hosting over 3,200 domains). We receive 5-15 technical support requests a day in which may be considered "level 2 support". We need a knowledgeable server admin/tech that can assist us with these support tickets and *possibly* live help requests.

    NOTE: We need someone who is extremely knowledgeable and is confident they can solve almost any issue in a quick turn-around time.

    • Must have good knowledge and experience with WHM / CPanel
    • Must have atleast 2 years working with command prompt
    • Must be located within the USA and reachable by phone
    • Must be available during business hours (M-F 9-5PM EST)
    • Must speak fluent English and be able to provide assistance in a professional and quick manner
