totally dependant on your experience, skill level, past work experience, and of course your attitude
Patron: I'd like my free lunch please.
Cafe Manager: Free lunch? Did you read the fine print stating it was an April Fool's joke.
Patron: I read the same way I listen, I ignore the parts I don't agree with. I'm suing you for false advertising.
Cafe Owner: Is our lawyer still working pro bono?

I would personally go with a domestic outsourcer, such as touchsupport.com .

Like I just Said, I dont want to outsource!

This is because, the staff are for a server management company, so outsourcing obviously isnt suitable.

Where is this post? I'm sure I just missed it, but all I see are posts of you asking for employment. That is, you being employee not employer.

You could always use employment websites, where members post their resume, etc. I've never used one myself, but they seem to be popular.

Regardless of whether ot not you're looking for outsourcing, thats the best place to find the help you're looking for, so its something you may wish to reconsider.

Outsourcing is a perfect solution for most lines of work, so long as you pick the right outsourcer (thats where it gets difficult).

We posted an Ad on Monster.com that targeted Southern California schools. The response wasn't as good as we expected.

Put an ad in the local paper. We did that a few weeks ago and
got more resumes than we could imagine. All from a 10 line ad in
    the Chicago Sun-Times.

Keep in mind, a good person will cost you a lot. In NW Chicago it
is about $36K/year + Medical. I don't know other markets, though.
