Is it only me or are there other customers of eMegaWeb who are left out in the waters since the unfortunate Plex Control Panel upgrade. My website is out of reach since Tuesday 3/23 and I can not even get a single response to the voice messages and emails I left for the company's customer support.
I am not trying to bash the company but as a customer I thought I should be treated with due care. The company did not post anything about this outage in their website yet, and even their forum is not available ( ). I found no other way but to post my questions and worries here since I tried all other means and since I chose this company based on a positive review I read in this very forum.
Is there anyone who can tell if there is an end to this saga?
