My Web Hosting Business For Sale

I am selling my hosting business and moving on. It bills around $1000.00 per month. I can send the you a copy of the charges. It is currently residing on a Alabanza Server that you are either going to have to take over or tranfer all the accounts and pull the plug on it.

You will be getting the domain and web site and all the applicable licenses. And you will be getting MobySurf.com a PPC search engine with over 1300 registered members.

It use to be fully automated through Alabanza's billing solution but they had a problem for 2 months linking with the new Authorize.net API and the billing got completely messed up. I now have it running under Quickbooks and I will forward all of that info to you.

I will need 14 days to move all of my personal stuff off of the site.

I want $10,000 for it.

Thanks!

Would you be interested in selling the web site alone?

Thanks,
JezzoMaster

I have about 50 clients… I am not sure of the exact number because the Alabanza billing system got messed up.

The packages are $9.95, $19.95 and $24.95. You can visit the site at http://www.firstclue.net to see the plans etc. as well as the control panel.

95% of the client are on monthly billing that I have loaded in quickbooks and I will download it and give it to you.

Sever loads are not very high because there are not that many clients on there and most of it is static pages.

Last month I billed out $1069.00. I also did around $100 in PayPal reoccurring.

Please feel free to call me with questions.

Im wondering if Alabanza allows the contract to be changed to another owner... I think they wont allow you to just change owners names without some kid of a fee.
