IIS and IPs
I'm wondering if there's a way to block a certain IP address from accessing my site. I'm currently using IIS 5.1. I also have Perl, PHP, and MySql installed.
Thanks for the help in advance,
http://forums.webhostautomation.com/...pic.php?t=3202 <- directions on blocking the IP at the server level. You can also block the IP at IIS; the setting can be found in one of the properties tab in the IIS MMC, probably under directory security.

Thanks so much. You can't actually block within IIS on Windows XP with 5.1 That tab is actually greyed out.
I will follow the steps in the article. Thanks again! :-)
You could always have some code in your asp files that will check through a file of blocked ips and then if it find the current ip connected it will redirect them to organs.com or something.
