I think you need 5 posts to send an receive PM so I'll post here to start with. I would be interested in the CPanel clients, can you e-mail me at [email protected] so I can get your address and ask you some more questions about the CPanel clients. We are UK based.
Approximately how many CPanel clients do you have, and what is the turnover for them each month. Your plans and pricing look very reasonable. If you can email me the exact details of this I will get back to you with an offer later tonight. Just going out to watch the football!
A few people have left there email addresses but these have bounced back. Here are some further details:
It is currently turning over £7333 and growing. These are based on Plesk and Cpanel. (The ensim server is now sold)
Plesk costs $199 per month. This is fully managed and has a back up HD which is doing nightly backups.
Cpanel costs $170 per month. This is also fully managed and has a back up HD which is doing nightly backups.
There are around 78 different clients (some have multi acounts which is not included in this figure) The sale will include our whole set set. Both servers, domain name(s), community forums (currently 71 members)
It a nice, growing business however, I am unable to maintain this due to ill health. I will be sad to see it go, so I am looking for a company who will take care of my clients. This will suit either a new host who wants to instantly increase there profile and portfolio or a current host who wants to add to there market. We have a great, close nit community. After any possible purchase, I am more then willing to help out where possible in the forums as I know most the clients on a personal level.
If you have any further questions, comments or looking to make an offer, simply reply here or send me a PM with your details.
Hello. All but 1 client pays annually. These are split over the 12 months and they pay by Worldpay. (don't use paypal alsothough you could introduce it yourself)
I will sell the business as soon as the right offer is on the table. Although the bid offer is important, I also want to sell this onto a good, solid company as we have great community and I want to make sure there needs are catered for. As stated in my pervious post, I am more then will to stay active in the forums for a while during/ after purchase as I know most of the comminity on a personal level.
The clients are mainly UK based and we have around about 2 that are US based.
As for expenses, ther are no other charges in running the business. Just the 2 servers. (The cost of which is potsed in the previuos thread)
