Good price, but the terms seem harsh

Terms of Service quote:
Accounts may not be sold or transferred into another name without explicit written permission.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend our services at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to disable inactive free accounts (empty account with no domain registration in more than 3 month). If your account is disabled, you can sign up any time for a new reseller account.

Just because we have a TOS presented before you purchase anything...
BTW, see the word "free" on the 3rd sentence. The $6.95 accounts are not free accounts.

If you feel better buying a "noname - noterms" $6.95 account, go ahead, it is your choice.

Any other comment / question is welcome.

I did think the 3 month rule applied to the $6.95 account, so sorry for that.

Can you post the full price list, please?

Are you the ETP?

What happens if domainresell.biz goes belly up ? Of course I don't expect you to, but what if...

Would all domains be suspended/deleted ? Would I be able to switch to another ETP ?

I'm just a little frightened to make all my domain name registrations depend on a single company whose financial status is unknown to me.

If a reseller falls of the face of the earth all of their accounts move up. For example, you start a reseller account under an ETP. You decide it is not what you want to do anymore so you walk away. All the customers under you would then fall under the ETP. ETP disappears? Then eNom manages your account. You wouldn't have your prices raised to $29.95 either...your prices would remain constant if not possibly lowered depending on what you were first charged.

I ordered one this morning. Can you please let me know when I can expect it? I also sent a follow up email with my preferred user id.

Thanks,
Dingloo

Hi Zoli,

Can e-nom cancell your account for selling under 8.95, or those accounts were for sale before enom had put that new Rule?

Also what would happen to my account in any case e-nom does cancell your Ept account?

Sorry for all the questions, but i dont want to jump into something that im not clear about.

Thanks,
Gheorghe
