Yes... I'm the same JenniH who got ripped by Noc24. I have plenty of hosts though, Dinix being one of them. Hopefully it will be back soon (the timing is good for the US, but not quite so good over here).

Not up yet - according to the forum they're expecting to be about an hour behind. But, like I said, I have full confidence in them !

The site in your profile works for me, though dinix.com doesn't.

The site in my profile isn't at Dinix. Dinix.Com has just come back for me, but my server hasn't. Oh dear... I'm trying to contact them.

Lauren: You mentioned a Dinix Forum? I can't find one. Could you direct me?
Everything is still down for me, although Dinix.Com is up now. I knew it was too good to be true.

We're a VPS customer; we can't get to our sites, nor can we get to dinix.com. Alertra shows two servers saying "Unable to resolve na" (na being short for name?), and two just timing out. We can resolve everything to IPs (since the IPs shouldn't have changed...) without a problem.
Pinging our site by IP gets about 90% packet loss, with odd-seeming times: 57 ms, 100 ms, 75 ms... (Really inconsistent.)
Is anyone else still having problems? Any idea when things'll be up?
EDIT: Apparently, the server was up for a bit this morning; we got some messages sent via text message from cPanel earlier. I'm under the impression that the server's humming along merrily, but the network's not working all that great?

I have a couple VPS's and a dedicated with Dinix, and they're all down now, including Dinix.com. Anyone know what's going on?
Thanks,

Still down here.
And no... sorry... but I don't buy the idea that it is to be expected. I bought hosting with the expectation that it would be up and running. The fact that they chose to move buidlings, no doubt to enhance their own future profitability, should not be made into MY problem.
I am now sitting on hours and hours of downtime for some important sites. Don't expect me to be happy... as far as I am concerned they shouldn't have moved, or at least should have done it a little at a time so they could revert pronto. No, I'm far from a happy bunny.

I cannot get to our VPS at all. This is causing us major issues, as we have a couple important sites there.
As far as I can tell, it's been down (again) for at least two hours.Erica Douglass, Founder, Simpli Hosting, Inc.

Well the dinix website is back up for me but mine aren't and their phone still just rings and rings...
I'm with you JenniH... and I hope they honor their SLA regarding downtime.
5% refund for each 30 minutes downtime
Mine went offline right at 12AM EST, then came back up at about 5:20AM then went back down at about 9:45AM and has been down since.David Smith

Yes, Dinix.Com has been up here most of the time. It's the customers that are down (at least most of us). I'd keep checking those sites though Lauren, mine came up for 5 minutes a few hours ago.

im sure they arent sitting around on their butts "eating popcorn"
my sites are working, im sure yours will be as wellif you haven't considered chapter 7 bankruptcy, maybe you should.

dinix told us weeks ago of this move, they also told us to expect downtime.
you had the option to move your sites or do something.
it isnt like the sites just disappeared or something.if you haven't considered chapter 7 bankruptcy, maybe you should.
