I am starting up my new company and I wanted to include ISP Reselling to my clients (local scene) I remember there was a thread about many ISP resellers here awhile ago and someone posted a link to a place where you can hand out floppies or start a website reselling the ISP with no cost to yourself.
I was wondering if anyone could post the link or any links you have to this sort of thing, as I would really appreciate it.

Thanks for your replies but I am just looking for a simple ISP reselling program that doesn't cost me anything to start-up. I remember seeing a link to one on this forum but the forum has since been deleted (i think, i searched and cannot find it)
Wow, a $20k committment is quite a bit just to get your foot in!

Dialupusa.net is another option. They have been in business for a long time and might be worth considering.

I think what's important here is to decide if you are looking for an affiliate program where you just get a finders fee for each customer and you don't own the customer base or a true wholesale program where you DO own the customer base.
In this business the only thing you really have is your customer base, if you let someone else bill your customers and do 100% of everything then they essentially own your customers.
Each avenue may have it's benefits depending on your needs I guess. For me, I would always want to be darn sure I owned my customer base since that is where the real value in your business is. Of course, as you can see from my signature I am a bit bias.
For start you will need around $20,000 CAN just for signing up with them and then....I don't know. Hope that'll be helpful.
Also, Bell Canada is a big company, expect lots of hassles.
It might be interesting to know that it's pretty tough to make any money selling Broadband. Remember, it may be cool and geeky to sell broadband but as a business model it stinks. The phone companies sell it cheaper retail to the public than they will wholesale. They take a loss everyday just to get market share.. Cable companies can't be touched it seems so we are all out of that game for now at least.
As a business model dialup is still the best! Dialup is still the most commonly used form of Internet Access, the cheapest and heck when it comes right down to it, would you rather sell something that MANY people will buy or just what the power users/computer geeks will buy. I say it's smarter to sell to the masses instead of just those that can get broadband in their area and or willing to foot the MUCH larger bill each month for it.
We have contracts that will be in place soon that would allow our ISP to sell DSL nationally but here is a good reason why we still don't like the idea.
affinitypath.com is full of search engine spam text at the bottom of each page. That's like so last century. TOS says must accumlate $300 minimum in commissions for payout before 6 months or else total forfeiture. Yeah, right!
