    Direct Admin Billing System

I am in the process of starting a new hosting company. My last company used cPanel and it was not very stable and I hear the Direct Admin is very stable, so I am going to use it.

My company is only going to sell Reseller Accounts...and modern bill only supports user accounts auto set-up.

Anyone know of a good script that will support auto set-up for reseller accounts?

    Thanks
    Dustin

There is a 3rd party script on the da forums that converts reseller -> user and vice versa. http://www.directadmin.com/forum/sho...&threadid=1220 Thank l0rdphi1 for all his hard work

Yeah. I have seen that very cool script, but I need a billing system.

I am thinking I can get Modern Bill and make a mod for the reseller set-up, but I would like to see if this has been done or if their is a script that already does this.

    Thanks
    Dustin

Very wise choice! You should be quite satisfied with DirectAdmin! Welcome to the DA family

Not true. ModernBill DOES have the ability to create reseller accounts. We recently purchased it and I have been in the process of setting up all of the configs. In the plan configuration you have the ability to designate it a "User Plan" or a "Reseller Plan" which controls what level they are created on. Granted, it's hard to find but it's there

If you want a less expensive option with almost as many features and great support, you should look into Whois.Cart (http://whoiscart.net). It also offers DirectAdmin integration and is only $35 for an unlimited license. It is a very good product and is much simpler to set up and configure. It could very soon give MB a serious run for their money in the market!

Another option, while not as inexpensive, is ServeNetix (http://servnetix.com) which is very similar to MB in features and abilities. It offers DirectAdmin integration as well and is very nicely made with a very professional look and feel. Pricing is about the same as MB.

Either of those should serve your needs
