    advice on a good host...

I'm part of a growing gaming site and we just bought VPS hosting with Dinix. They are a great host I really like them, but they even suggested we move to a dedicated server because we are running way too many apache processes for our site to remain stable. Through google ads we make quite a bit of money per month but we dont want to be throwing out so much money per month just in case we lose our source of income. I found what seems to be a pretty good deal for dedicated hosting (dinix has a pretty good deal, but I believe I can find better).

    Cihost (com site)
Its the #0 package, the cheapest and first one. $99 a month for $200 setup.

    1. I want to know if cihost is a good host.
    2. Package #0, does that seem like a good one for a good price?
    3. Any other suggestions for good dedicated hosting besides servermatrix?

    Thanks,
    Hatty

I personally never head of cihost.com to say weither they are good or not with support/uptime, the big killer is the set up fee though, maybe if they had a really good track record then itd be a decent choice. Personally those prices seem to be right next to dinix's and even worse as the plans get bigger.

    anyways, my list:

dinix if you want great support and network at a higher price

sm if you want good network/ok support at a good price

ev1 if you want good network with no support at a good price

managed.com if you want a bi-polar host when it comes to network and support at a very good price

I personally never head of cihost.com
    That's impressive...

They only have like 200,000+ customers world wide lol.

Well I would say if you have no complaints with dinix why change and risk having problems?

you already know what to expect from dinix.

    just my 2 cents

I've been using dinix now for a couple of months with no problems.
