Place to look up know PHP/CGI script exploits?

Is there a place on the internet that logs freeware php / cgi scripts that would have exploits?

For example. If I downloaded a script from and used it, how would I be able to lookup if that script was still secure?

I always get a chuckle from security sites with spyware

Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time.
I think I've forgotten this before.
