Place to look up know PHP/CGI script exploits?

Is there a place on the internet that logs freeware php / cgi scripts that would have exploits?

For example. If I downloaded a script from hotscripts.com and used it, how would I be able to lookup if that script was still secure?

    Thanks.

Apologizing ahead of time for posting to an old thread, but thought you should know.... securityfocus.com contains auto download spyware. Luckily spybot caught Avenue A Inc before it could be silently installed on my computer.

I always get a chuckle from security sites with spyware
