Good Afternoon,

Touch Support is presently seeking two remote technicians for one of our clients. Note, we do not now, and have no plans to, hire remote technicians for our regular clients, this is a special case and done at the request of our client.

We are looking for individuals to fill the below shifts:

Shift 1: 27 hours/week
Sunday - Tuesday, 9pm-2am
Saturday - 9am - 9pm

Shift 2: 29 hours/week
Wednesday - 9pm-2am
Thursday - 9pm-6am
Saturday - 12am (midnight on Fri.) - 9am
Saturday - 9pm-7am

We are looking for reliable people with:
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Cpanel/WHM support
- Working knowledge of RedHat Linux
- A vague understanding of VPS

This position includes answering support tickets via eSupport, Live Chats via Live Person, and Phone calls (via Aptela call routing).
