Hi Guys,

We are experiencing excessive spamming issue due to current virus relay. A lot of spam mails are being received each day by the users.

Can anyone suggest a good Spam Filter or Virus Wall on Opensource for Ensim Linux webppliance 3.1 that can be installed and would not disturb ensim functioning ?

just filter out all email with MS executable attaches, and you won't need a virus scanner.

MailScanner and ClamAV work very good in virus preventing. but they are eating my server resources

whenever I turn MailScanner and ClamAV ON, the serverload is going up. And if one of your clients tries to send bulk mails, you can see your server overload

I am still looking for an alternative, any one can advice. thanks

I don't allow more than 100 mails per hour/domain.
