    I just have to say... that PDF file of yours is the best setup I have seen for potential advertisers. Very appealing to the eye. Looks very very nice.

    I would like to know why HEADER & FOOTER is cheaper then HEADER alone?

    I was thinking the same, but I'm assuming that it's because that will use up your impressions quicker then just header alone?

    I would assume based on [every other site in the world] that header & footer means your ad would rotate in both positions. As with most sites, the top of the page is the prime location as it is most viewed. You pay more to have your site seen in the top location at all times, as opposed to only some of the time.

    I actually was thinking the same thing, but I didn't know for sure. Thanks for the confirmation.
