    Do you have to pay tax on hosting in FL

    Hi..I'm based in florida and im wondering if the law here asks you to pay any kind of tax on hosting. as far as i know, several states dont..Any help would be appreciated in this matter. thank you

    You should consult a CPA for this matter. There is a provision on telecommunications service tax for my state and a CPA cleared it up for me. But in general you are obligated to pay taxes on all proceeds of net income you generate from hosting.

    I don't live in Fla. but I don't believe there is tax on hosting. You should ask someone from the department of revenue and they will be able to help you.
