Hi..I'm based in florida and im wondering if the law here asks you to pay any kind of tax on hosting. as far as i know, several states dont..Any help would be appreciated in this matter. thank you
You should consult a CPA for this matter. There is a provision on telecommunications service tax for my state and a CPA cleared it up for me. But in general you are obligated to pay taxes on all proceeds of net income you generate from hosting.

I don't live in Fla. but I don't believe there is tax on hosting. You should ask someone from the department of revenue and they will be able to help you.
