I had downloaded the demo and the same day placed an owned license order. Since the order was placed by cc, they reported to verify my order within days through their bank. A month later I submitted a ticket and they reported they have again submitted my order for verification and the last ticket after that was left unresponded.
Order was placed on Jan 13th and their is no response from Modernbill. Should I submit a ticket to cancel my order and do what? I should probably ask someone to place an order for me who can pay by Paypal. This is really discouraging from Modernbill and I still wonder if they pay any attention to their current clients as well.
We ordered our owned license last Friday and our order was processed instantly. We were immediately given access to the members area for downloads as well as the license key section.
Was your CC charged for the order when you put it in? If so, all you should have to do it contact MB and give them proof of the charge. If not then I would say try again because there could have been an error or outage somewhere in the processing system (Authorize.net could have been down for updates or something).
Try giving them a call to see if they can sort it out. Their phone number is posted on the site.
Credit card will not charge until they verify order with their bank. It was queued as pending order must be with the rest of other orders. Order didn't come up with the bank statement till now but I received all order invoices confirming an order placement from Modernbill.
Ofcourse I had to wait until they resolve the issue with bank, charge the amount and give me full access. But how long do I have to wait? Last ticket is still open and now I don't know what is going to happen with the order? Should I expect to receive a charge on the bank statement someday?
