Dapper Desk vs Cerberus - Support ticket software comparison
I'm currently looking into new support ticketing software. I was initially looking in to OSticket, which is also great software in my opinion. However, it just doesn't have some special features which I would like to have. Somethign which I find quite important is stats of response time. Now what I was really looking for was a report like: Amount of tickets that took 0-30 minutes to reply, 30-60 minutes, and so on. I need this in order to know how much to pay my support reps, as I pay them more when they reply faster.
Now, I didn't find anything that can actually do that, but Cerberus and Dapper Desk can make reports of average support time, which is at least something. I know near to nothign about both programs, and would like some imput about both programs. I'm mostly looking for people that have used both programs.
