Banner Review

Hot off the press, just made it about 30 minutes ago. I wanted something clean but eye catching and not annyoing. Please let me know what you think, and If you would know right off the bat what the sites about.

Banner looks good. The 2 phrase blinking is annoying though. How about rotating 3 phrases with more time between the set restarting.
