    HostingCon 2004 taking pre-registrations

We're now taking free pre-registrations for HostingCon 2004. The details for the convention and exhibit have not been finalized yet, but the pre-registration allows us to guage interest and to determine the size of the venue we're in, etc.

    The advantage of pre-registration is:

    1) You'll receive a 10% discount on the published registration price when registration starts

    2) You'll be notified of registration before the general public, so you can be sure to get in.

    3) You have the option of receiving emails from HostingCon before the event. Some of these will include requests for comments on some of the things planned for the event. You'll be able to help determine the direction of the event this way.

And again, pre-registration is completely free!

    If you're interested, please pre-register now at http://www.hostingcon.com/ .

How much will your entire company spend in the next 12 months on the purchase of technology and services used for providing communication and/or hosting services? (select only one)

    $10 million or more
    $1 to $9.9 million
    $500,000 to $999,999
    $100,000 to $499,999
    Less than $100,000

Where'd you take this entry form from? You might want to change your options to make them more low end, if you want a somewhat scientific and useful survey

I'm assuming you think that most will be under $100,000 ... that may very well be the case, but for the most part, being more specific under $100,000 doesn't really hold much value. Besides, we've already had respondants who are over $100,000 a year.

Please keep in mind that there are different sized companies in the hosting business. While a good majority of the folks here on WHT may be small hosting companies, there are some large ones out there as well as large vendors, etc. that may wish to attend the show.
