My friend is having some trouble using ClientExec, and his support tickets (at ClientExec), are not being answered, so I decided to ask here.

1. When I got to update settings, they do not take place. (Example: member entrance message)
2. Invoices are not sending out.
I asked him the obvious (are clients actually due on payments), and there are, still, no invoices are being sent out.

He appreciates any and all help.

Edit: The mail portion was fixed, but still, updating settings don't work.
