Well I have finally got an eNom account, and I was astounded by the number of features and options open to me. I am setting up and learning how to use the account to buy and manage a few of my domains and to offer a few sub-accounts to my friends. The features are extremely overwhelming for a first-timer, so as you probably have guessed, I have a few questions for all you eNom savvy users.
One more thing before I start, I am using this account more for my personal use. I am not trying to start a reselling business. I simply want to learn about my eNom account.
Question 1 When I create a eNom sub-account at the sub-account page, does the sub-account use its own funds? From my understanding, if I set the account as a "reseller," they will use their own funds. Correct?
Question 2 If setting the sub-account as a reseller means that they use their own funds, how do I make a profit? Let us say I decide to change the TLD pricing for one of my sub-accounts. If I change the sub-account from 8.95 to 9.95, does that mean I will make 3 dollars assuming that I have a 6.95 eNom account?
How do I make a profit if the account is set as a retail?
How exactly do you make a profit?
Question 3 What do people mean by "you can only create 8.95 reseller accounts?" I understand that eNom changed their policies, but can't I simply create a sub-account and then set the TLD's to 7.95? What am I missing/confusing here?
login ids are not allowed to be changed. Maybe eNom themselves can do it. I know that I once asked to have somones Retail account moved under me me as an ETP and I was told can't be done. Their solution was for that person to create a new account (under me) and push their domains manually.
You can do whatever you want with your funds (eNom points). Buy a domain for a friend at your cut rate price and then push it to them.

Most Welcome !
Many thanks for your helpful post Bashar!
Still somewhat confused on how to make a "profit." In your post, it seems that you are trying to tell me that if I own a $6.95 eNom account, and one of my sub-accounts buys/renews/transfers a domain, I earn $3 per sale regardless of the price I set for them on the TLD page. Am I reading this correctly?
