Just a friendly advice. I knew a client of mine also got his domain contains ebay around it. The fact he is a Taiwanese and lives in Taiwan where, you may not know that, they're not a memebership of almost all international treaties, things like Interpo and intellectual rights, but guess what, ebay did hire a lawyer in that country. To make the long story short, it cost him well over US$7000 for all those lawyer fee, nasty legal stuff and stuff like that. If he weren't settled within week, just the high price lawyer ebay hired would be well over US$10000, yes, you(not the ebay) will have to pay for their lawyer fee if not more than one. Good luck my friend/whoever gets it!
