    How to make my form more.... "attractive"

    My forms are very ugly, as I have minimal experience creating php forms. I was wondering how I can make them look a little more "attractive". Here's the URL to a few of my forms:

    opposite lock
    start by lining things up.

    second i like to make the sizes much smaller, the normal form sizes are gaudy.

    and these colours are a tiny bit garish.

    You may want to use tables to organize the fields better - put the field description in one cell and the field itself across in another.

    Use css styles to format them a bit; for example
    input {
    border:1px solid black;
    font-family: Verdana, Helvetica, Sans-Serif;
    size: 10px;
    color: 000000;
    <?php echo "Signature here"; ?>
