250KB/s sustained from Central California, Charter Pipeline CABLE (2mbit down)

I normally get about 250KB/s , so that's pretty good (it's maxing out my connection)

i'm getting a 156k/s today, they supposedly put in new XO lines last night, everything seems to route through exsisting above.net lines. Does cpanel have any type of flood protection features which would slow down a download? where would i check if its on?

Ok i guess the new XO lines are here 2.1M/s just a little while ago, hopefully it will last!

Getting 30KB/s from my Comcast cable connection - Not too good. I get 1.2 MB/s from Yipes in TX, and 104KB/s from Nocster.
