Does anyone have any feedback on Hellohost.com.
I have searched the forum board and their are positive comments
and have spoken to Richard online and he was very friendly and helpful but would like to know of anyone having first hand experience with them.
Your comments would be appreciated.
I have had a reseller account with hellohost since September. I am very familiar with them. They offer wonderful features at a more then reasonable price. There support is excellent! I usually get my support questions resolved in less then 15 minutes. Usually one of the 3 Richard, Tommy and Donna are online via AIM at all times.
I have had NO major server down time since I have been with them. I am slowly growing out of their biggest reseller account and should be getting my own dedicated server but I have been spoiled by their superior support so hence I have still not left them yet. I hope this helps.
