Positions open:

Linux technical administrator:
A place on our Linux technical administration team is now available. The job entails working with our current four specialists, in the day-to-day maintenance program, keeping our Linux servers in tip-top condition. Experience and references are preferred, but a Linux background, and a will to learn would also be considered. Any applicant must have knowledge of the PLESK, and CPanel control panel systems.

Position FAQ:
Q: Do I have to live in Nova Scotia, or Dublin?
A: Although it is certainly preferred, it is not a full requirement. So long as you are available for conference calls once per week, and carry your assigned EIRCA pager/cellular phone, we would accept applicants from outside of our two bases.
Q: How many hours per week would I be working?
A: As part of the EIRCA Linux team, you would be required to work a minimum 15 hour week. This does however include being on call. A personal telecommunication device is assigned to all Server administration team members. This is in case of emergency.
Q: Do I need references?
A: If the applicant is applying to work in an 'off-site' environment, then yes, references are fully required.

Sales representative:
A place on our sales team is available. All applicants must have a very personable manner, and must have a background in both the hosting industry, and in customer relations. The position would entail communication with clients in a 'pre-sales' environment, via email/ticketing system, and 'Live Chat'.
