I'm looking for one LVL 2 support tech who can work 9:00AM to 5PM EST Monday-Friday (8 hours a day at $7.50/hour)
1) Comfortable working on the servers if problems arise
2) Atleast 3 years of Linux/Unix experience
3) Worked with WHM/CPanel
4) Friendly and polite
5) Able to work from 9:00AM-5:00PM EST
7) Willing to do phone support
8) Have atleast 2 recommendation from previous employers.
Work load is very minimal. Most tickets are handeled by an outsourced company, but sometimes they miss tickets, forget to fix an issue, or are unable to fix an issue.
So what you will need to do is just do a quick run through of all the tickets submitted that day(and the ones submitted during your shift) and just make sure everything is behing handled properly. If a response hasn't been made, or the issue hasn't been fixed, you'll be required to help out.
Also, you must be able to do technical phone support. You shouldn't expect any more than 5 - 10 calls/shift.
*NOTE* You'll be working as an independant contractor, so you'll be in charge of sending us your invoices every 2 weeks.
