I really like the designs by pixelaxis.com (pixelaxis) too, eyeseedesigns.com (prelude785) and arbel-designs.com (arbel).
All can be found here, the name in () should be their user names.
Those would be among the first 4 I'd consider if I needed a new design, and that I'll consider when I do. All were seen here recently and have a good track record on WHT, to the best of my knowledge.
