    DOT5 is the worst - stay away

    I have had so many problems with these guys it is insane. I have 20 domains with them, and as you know transferring that many can be a pain - but that is what it has come to.

    Here is a short list -
    Continual server outages
    No phone support (even though their site says otherwise)
    Unresolved DNS issues
    Inexpicable site disabling
    Down emial
    DELTED emails

    Their most recent error (DNS) has caused shopping carts on several sites not to resolve thus all sales have halted. Their tech support is reprehensible. Issues that should take minutes can take weeks.

    Here is their typical response:
    We deeply regret for all the trouble you have gone through , and apologise heartly for all the trouble you have gone through, we assure you that you wont have any problems from our side,if you have any problems please let us know so that ew can try to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

    I' am leaving them ASAP and I recommend everyone stay as far away as possible.

    There are plenty of threads already outthere about DOT5...Why did you have to start a new one? Why didn't you just piggy back on the existing one?

    How long have your been there? Why are you still there? Take a look in the mirror and read your post to your reflection. After that, start packing up fast (start getting those backups) and moving on to another host.

    But seriously, it's better to start a new thread rather than piggy back on an old thread as that could be talking about a totally different incident.
